The best way to get involved with a MOPS group is to contact them using the form below. Let them know you're interested in trying out their group, and ask what's coming up on their calendar. Be sure to double check your email address before submitting the form to make sure their response gets back to you!

What to expect
A MOPS meeting includes practical teaching through speakers, demonstrations and videos. Plus, there's usually food... food you didn't make (and coffee)! But more important, you'll get to have honest conversations with other moms who understand the joys and frustrations of motherhood.
Who can come?
We've all been placed in this time and place in history, as the tribe of women who are raising the world. We know we mother better together, so all moms are welcome at MOPS. From the time you get pregnant to when your kiddo is in Kindergarten, our doors are open.
For the kids
Free childcare is provided for all all moms registered with SFC MOPS.
There will be two programs for the little MOPPETS! The first program is geared towards children ages 0-2 years and the second is for 2-5 years. With our trained staff, specialized curriculum, and on campus playground, the MOPS meetings will be just as much for the kids as they are for you :)
