 MOPS International is dedicated to meeting the needs of every mother of preschoolers. In order to attain this vision for moms who are outside of the United States, MOPS International has developed the International MOPS program. MOPS has now extended its ministry to over 35 countries worldwide.
The International MOPS group format is very similar to the Classic MOPS group format, in that it is flexible and can be adapted to meet the needs and opportunities for each individual group. MOPS meetings vary in length, topics and meeting time,  but typically include time for developing relationships through teaching, discussion groups, creative activities and fellowship time over a shared meal or snack.
International MOPS groups naturally adapts their structure to fit the unique social, economic and cultural needs of the moms they serves. In an effort to best minister to moms participating in an International MOPS group, MOPS International gives these groups the option to sign moms up for the MOPS International Membership, but if language or economic barriers prevent this, an International MOPS group can opt to send a bi-annual love offering instead.
