What's for Dinner

Pre-cooked chicken simplifies meal preparation:

  1. Cook 12-13 boneless chicken breasts on low, in a large crock pot for 8-10 hours. Alternatively, you can bake them, covered for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. Chop seven breasts into bite-sized pieces, shred the rest. Store covered in the refrigerator or freeze until ready to use.
