Director of Organizational Development
Karen Parks is the Director of Organizational Development for MOPS International and has been an instrumental part of the leadership at MOPS for 20 years. Prior to joining MOPS, she worked as a college instructor and Dean of Academic Affairs (Fashion Institute, Los Angeles). Karen holds a Master’s degree in Education from Oklahoma State University and a B.A. in Communications from Wheaton College, IL. Karen and her husband Dick have three adult children and two grandchildren. |
