Crockpot Spaghetti

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Cooked spaghetti or cooked spaghetti squash

Directions:
Brown beef and onion in large skillet; drain. Transfer to crockpot. Add remaining ingredients (except spaghetti or spaghetti squash). Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until heated through. Remove bay leaf. Serve over hot spaghetti.
