Operation Christmas Child wants to hear your family’s shoe box story!

This fall, we are sponsoring a story contest highlighting how this kids-helping-kids project teaches children the importance of giving and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with others.

The MOPS winner and a guest of her choice have the opportunity to go on a shoe box distribution trip in 2011 and share the love of Jesus with hurting children overseas. You could be that lucky mom! To enter the OCC contest now, please email your story by November 1, 2010 to OCCcontests@samaritan.org.

The top three stories will be posted on Operation Christmas Child’s Facebook page on November 1, 2010. If you are a finalist, encourage your friends to become a fan of the OCC Facebook page and place their vote! The winner will be announced during Operation Christmas Child’s National Collection Week, November 15-22, 2010.
