- Go to www.MOPS.org/renewal and click Renew Your Charter Now!
- Enter your email address and password
- All MOPS International members have been assigned a personal login. For help, click Forgot Login. Keep login handy for future use.
- If your login information is unavailable through the Forgot Login search, contact your Council Coordinator.
- If your Council Coordinator cannot help or you do not have a Council Coordinator, contact service@MOPS.org.
- New leaders who have not logged into group management will need access permission! Contact the previous year’s Coordinator or Finance Coordinator for this permission.
- Group Summary Page: Once you log in it will open to your group’s general information. Choose Charter Renewal from the left side tabs.
- Check all of the information pertaining to your Chartering Ministry on this page. Update as needed.
- Review Charter Documents: You must review the MOPS International Charter Agreement, Statement of Faith and Ministry Values. Please review each document and check box to proceed.
- Summary Page: Double-check your Chartering Ministry information. Enter payment information. Complete the transaction by clicking Check Out. This completes your order — make sure everything is correct before proceeding!
- Receipt/Thank You Page: Print this page for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent to the person completing the renewal when transaction is complete.
- Complete Group Renewal Survey — Please take a few minutes to fill out the Group Renewal Survey. This information is very important to the ministry of MOPS International. After completing the survey download important information to share with your Chartering Ministry.
- When Charter Renewal Process is complete, group information will auto-fill from last year.
- Please update Group Leaders. Include all members of the Steering Team, MOPS Mentors and Discussion Group Leaders. As new leaders join, enter their information and keep all Steering Team information updated throughout the MOPS year.
- Click Members for member registration. Moms and MOPS Mentors can be registered for membership throughout the MOPS year.
