Candy Nog Punch^*

Here is a festive punch for a
Christmas gathering!

Ingredients:

• 1 c. whipping cream
• 1 qt. peppermint ice cream
• 2 c. eggnog
• 1 pt. and 12 oz. club soda
• Red food coloring
• 1/3 c. crushed peppermint candy
• 16 peppermint sticks

Directions:

1. Whip whipping cream until it hold soft peaks; set aside.
2. Add eggnog and soda to ice cream in punch bowl. Mix. Stir in a few drops of food coloring.
3. Spoon whipped cream over mixture and sprinkle with crushed candy. Place peppermint stick in each cup. Serves 16.
