ROOM MAKEOVERS FOR MOPS MOMS: During the 2007 MOPS International Convention, “Trading Spaces” designer Laurie Smith met with the five winners of the MOPS International Trade Your Problem Space Contest. Laurie shared her expertise and offered some advice to each MOPS mom about her “problem space.”
All of the winners enjoyed their design time with Laurie. “From watching the TV show, I thought she always seemed so down-to-earth and friendly,” said winner Sheila Doherty. “When I met her during our lunch, she was just as approachable as she seems on the show, which made the experience all the more memorable.”
