Convention Registration Terms and Conditions
Deadlines Registrations must be submitted online by midnight EST the day of the deadline in order to qualify for that registration price. (Early, June 22. Regular, August 3. Late, August 31.) Register first before making travel plans.
Registration Changes All attendee registrations are final upon final submission.
- Workshop changes are available to change online through August 31, 2009. You will receive tickets for workshop admission at Convention registration check-in.
- Workshop changes are NOT available to change online between September 1-23, 2009.
- Workshop changes will be available to change on-site at Convention Registration Office for a $20 handling fee.
- On-site transfer of one Convention Registration to a new registrant will be subject to a $15 handling fee.
Group Discounts Groups must register at the same time to qualify for discount. A group must have the same Group ID#. Individuals registered under the group discount may change workshops per our workshops changes policy.
Workshop Changes*
No online changes may be made after August 31, 2009. Any additional changes must be make on-site at the Registration Office and are subject to a $20 handling fee.
Attendee Registration Refunds Refunds prior to August 31, 2009 are subject to a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee per person. Refunds must be submitted in writing and can be faxed to MOPS International at 303.733.5770 or mailed to MOPS International, 2370 S Trenton Way, Denver, CO 80231. No refunds are allowed after August 31, 2009. You may transfer your registration to another attendee on-site for a $15 handling fee.
Nursing Moms Convention is a time for renewal and training for MOPS moms and leaders. Due to the size of the event and seating constraints, infants and children are not allowed into Convention General Sessions and workshops. The Resource Fair does allow infants and children to enter during posted open hours. A private room where nursing moms can pump will be provided during posted hours of operation. Some moms bring dad or grandma along to care for young children, so mom can benefit from the Convention General Sessions and workshops.
Health The Gaylord Opryland will require a lot of walking and exercise depending on your room location. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that you're in good health and walking or exercising is personally permitted.
Meals Your registration includes two themed afternoon snack breaks. Breakfasts and dinners are on your own. The Convention program and pre-Convention email communications will list convenient Gaylord Opryland meal options or go to www.gaylordhotels.com for additional information.
Housing Convention housing is provided at an extremely reduced rate at the Gaylord Opryland on the evenings of September 24, 25 and 26, 2009. Please see the Convention Brochure for pricing and ease of registration form. A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged for any housing registration change after final booking. Please confirm your Gaylor Opryland registration policy before your final booking selection.
Offering Project Participate in a special offering project to make sure that no mom is left alone adn that every mom has the opportunity to become a better mom through MOPS International. You will have the opportunity to give at the MOPS International offering booth in the resource fair.
