Sherry Surratt is the visionary CEO and President of MOPS International. Before coming to MOPS she served as the Director for Innovation Labs at Leadership Network, a church leadership organization based in Dallas, TX. She joined Leadership Network in 2008 with an extensive background in ministry, formally serving as Central Support Pastor for Seacoast Church in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Sherry also has a background in education and was a teacher and administrator in the Houston public school system. Her new book, Just Lead!, is getting rave reviews for its insightful wisdom for women leaders. She holds a BA from Sam Houston State University and Administrative Certification from Stephen F. Austin. She and her pastor husband Geoff Surratt reside in Colorado, and are parents of two adult children, Mike and Brittainy, and the proud grandparents of Maggie Claire and Mollie Rose.

As Editor at MOPS International, Alexandra dialogues with moms around the world and understands the universal stages, joys, and challenges of early motherhood. Alexandra is a regular contributor to MomSense magazine, Connections magazine, and the MOPS.org blog. She recently published, The Artist Daughter, a memoir of her life. She has been interviewed on several television and radio programs, including an interview with Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America about the challenges of raising preschoolers. Through both personal and professional experience, Alexandra Kuykendall understands and speaks to the unique needs of mothers of young children.
