What to expect
We're always happy to see new faces! If you're visiting, please confirm your RSVP with us beforehand so that we know to expect you and can confirm childcare if necessary.
A MOPS meeting includes practical teaching through speakers, demonstrations, or videos. Plus, there's usually food... and coffee. Always Coffee! But more important, you'll get to have honest conversations with other moms who understand the joys and frustrations of motherhood.
MOPS is a Christian ministry so the perspectives you will hear from the curriculum and our speakers are rooted and centered on faith in Jesus. In addition to fostering an environment to grow in your identity as woman and a parent, MOPS provides space for you to explore your own spiritual growth and your next steps toward Jesus, and that looks different for every mom. No faith background or membership in a church is necessary to attend.
We focus on being relevant to the universal mom-experience and we believe you'll find authentic relationships and support among the moms of diverse backgrounds in our group.
Who can come?
We've all been placed in this time and place in history, as the tribe of women who are raising the world. We know we mother better together, so all moms are welcome at MOPS. From the time you get pregnant to when your kiddo is in Kindergarten, our doors are open.
For the kids
The MOPS KIDS program is a preschool-style experience your kiddos will love for children ages 0-4.
Infants who are not yet mobile, are welcome and encouraged to stay with you in the meetings.
When you register for the MOPS term you can indicate the names and ages of the children who need care in our MOPS KIDS program. We will confirm availability for you as space is limited.
We are always looking for additional volunteer leaders in our program so if you know an empty-nester moms or grandmas who might be interested in playing with babies a couple hours a month to support moms, please let us know that too!
