How are you managing to keep your MOPS leadership team retreat stress free and effective? I know a new coordinator that is really nervous about pulling the retreat together for her skeleton team…..I'll suggest she may want to start a bible study with her group and start praying together as a small group for starters. Any other ideas on how to keep the retreat stress free, enjoyable and effective?

Reply

A few things we'll be doing some fun crafts and doing nails:) Just want to get to know each other better since many of us are new to leadership this year. I'm not the coordinator but ours is great and always knows how to show us a great time. Good luck to your team and I'll pray for the new coordinator that needs some ideas as well! Happy summer!
