I'm baking more! Trying to find healthy (but tasty) treats we can keep in the freezer for our big activity days (big bike rides, hikes, climbing).

We are trying to add more vegetables and fruits in our diet, and I have made some quick breads and such with them in it as a disguise and my picky one loves them!

I'm planning a bridal shower for my sister, so I'm trying out some new "fancy" recipes...strawberry fudge, pink blossom cookies (using Biscoff and Hershey's Hugs), Nutella Cheesecake fruit dip, and a new chicken salad recipe.

I'm not really trying new recipes just because it is Spring but more because I get bored with making the same things all of the time. I recently discovered a recipe for Brown Sugar Caramel Pound Cake that I can't wait to try. Maybe for a MOPS meeting!
