Associate Director of Ministry Engagement

Denver, CO, USA (hybrid)

Purpose

Associate Director of Ministry Engagement is responsible for overseeing the Church Engagement team to achieve new ministry goals through a relational sales approach. This role will drive new organizational group growth through new and existing channels. Travel locally, regionally and nationally may be required.


Summary

The Associate Director of Ministry Engagement is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Being part of this team requires a leader that has broad leadership skills and perspective, representing future thinking and innovation while maintaining an organizational perspective. This position is responsible for hitting new ministry lead goals and sales goals through collaboration with the marketing team while overseeing the church engagement team.


Senior Leadership Team Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a thriving cliture for the entire organization that is passionate and contagious.
  • Positively promote MomCo ministry, staff and strategic objectives internally and externally.
  • Contribute proactively to, shape and successflily implement strategic and annual plans.
  • Cultivate and offer focused strategic thinking, planning and decision-making that accomplishes strategic objectives and MomCo ministry development.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational implementation of strategies through on time reporting and collaboratively working towards completion of annual goals.
  • Lead, manage and develop assigned staff to meet strategic and annual goals.
  • Manage the implementation of team’s annual budget and meet budgetary and missional goals.
  • Stay abreast of trends in future audiences, ways of connecting and communication vehicles.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Church Engagement

  • Support VP of Marketing & Church Engagement to build and maintain strategic partnerships to create mutually beneficial outcomes and grow the MomCo ministry.
  • Implement multi-faceted digital advertising and lead generation strategies to start new ministries in church and mom spaces.
  • Create Create copy and articles that position MomCo as an evangelistic tool globally. Ensure all church communication is effective, excellent and contributes to the growth of engagement and conversions.
  • Manage church engagement national lead budgets to efficiently maximize results.

Lead Generation & External Marketing

  • Maximize the church and mom content within sales cycle.
  • Report out on ROI of each lead generation campaign, making sure all dollars are used efficiently.
  • Actively gain insight into customer needs and identify opportunities that benefit our mom audience and church audience.
  • Work in partnership with the marketing team to create lead funnels, drip campaigns and automated systems to maximize customer interactions to start a group.
  • Update and maintain sales scripts, automated (system emails), and new technologies (texting) to maximize conversion.
  • Work alongside PR and Media to position MomCo and Mandy as a thought leader in the church and mom space.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo Faith and values Statement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • At least five years of marketing experience.
  • A minimum of ten years of sales experience.
  • At least five years' supervisory and team building experience and the ability to engage and develop team members.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • A variety of CRM systems experience.
  • EOS (entrepreneur operating system) experience preferred.
  • Experience in non-profit and for-profit preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for improving processes, systems, and skill levels.
  • Thorough understanding of the MomCo ministry and audiences.
  • Lead and develop staff to achieve results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with communication processes.
  • Able to focus on the needs of a variety of audiences.
  • Quick thinker and sound decision maker.

Benefits and Pay

  • Annual Salary Range: $52,000-$62,400, depending on experience and qualifications
